Came across this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in Portland. Unfortunately I didn't have any pennies at the time. (By the way, Oregon doesn't have sales tax. That means if you only have 100 bucks to spend on pogs, you get exactly 10,000 pogs.)
Also, for the observant reader, one of these things is not a pog. Try to guess which one it is.

It's pogtastic! I'm glad I wasn't there I might have given my first born for those pogs. Julie would not be happy. Also i'm now angry because This blogger thing doesn't recognize the word pog or pogtastic in it's dictionary and keeps underlining them in red. I'm sure this was quite frustrating to you as you made this post. Someone should write a letter, but not me, maybe Matt or Grandpa...
